How to Join Eluria

1. Prepare Your Game:

• Open Minecraft and go to the Multiplayer section.

• Ensure you are running Minecraft version 1.21.4. If you’re using a different version, update it to the specified one for compatibility.

2. Add the Server:

• Click "Add Server" at the bottom of the multiplayer server list.

• In the Server Name field, you can enter any name you like (for example, “Eluria MC”).

• In the Server IP field, enter: PLAY.ELURIAMC.NET

• Enable Server Resource Packs to ensure you have an enhanced experience. This resource pack adds custom textures for items, monsters, pets, and more, while preserving the vanilla Minecraft feel.

3. Connect to the Server:

• Once everything is set up, click "Done" and select the server from your list.

• Hit "Join Server" to connect and start playing!

Troubleshooting Server Resource Packs and Connection Issues

If you encounter any issues while trying to connect to Eluria MC, follow these troubleshooting steps:

1. Clear Your Server Resource Packs Folder:

Sometimes, issues arise from outdated or corrupted files in your resource packs folder. Here’s how to clear it:

• On Windows:

  1. Open the Windows prompt and type %appdata%.

  2. Navigate to .minecraft -> server-resource-packs.

  3. Delete all contents in the server-resource-packs folder.

After clearing this folder, try reconnecting to the server.

2. Try a Different IP Address:

If the first method doesn’t work, try connecting using a wildcarded IP address. The server supports variations of the Eluria MC IP, so you can try:

• anything.eluriamc.net or

• fixed.eluriamc.net These alternatives should work if you're having trouble with the primary IP.

3. Adjust Language Unicode Settings:

If custom models (such as hats, pets, or blocks) show correctly, but the chat displays in Chinese characters or similar, adjust your Unicode settings:

• Navigate to Options in the Minecraft menu.

• Select Language settings.

• Change the Force Unicode setting to OFF. This should resolve any issues with chat displaying incorrectly.
